As a small business and as the only employee, this is the most feasible dispatch period for me to fulfill orders. I handmake all products fresh to order in small batches so that the products you receive will have only been made a few days ago. I cannot match the speed of Amazon or larger companies so if your order will be urgent, please message me first before placing it and please only chase the wherabouts of your order if the 5 working days have passed and you have not yet received your dispatch email. Everything is made and packed with great love and care, which takes time.
During holiday periods the delivery service can take longer. International shipping is available to the US but not to the EU.
